What is the cost of this service?
To answer this, we would need to know what type of data we are looking at. There are four main types:
- Standard Data - Information that is stored on the computer
- Backed up Data - Information that is stored on CDs, tapes or other storage media
- Deleted Data - Information that was stored on the computer, but has since been deleted or removed
- Encrypted or Password Protected Data - Information that has been encrypted or had a password activated to prevent it from being viewed.
The basic fee to diagnose and report on what data may possibly be retrieved is $25.00. This of course is waived if you decide to have the information recovered.
