The MICROAGE Retainer Program works well for clients who are fairly self-sufficient for day-to-day issues, but want a relationship they can depend on for regular maintenance, higher-level issues and end user-support.
The MICROAGE Retainer Program is a way for you to reserve support for your business. Monthly payments are fixed and discounted rates are based upon the amount of time you reserve. The priority of your service time is also enhanced by being a member of the MICROAGE Retainer Program.
Advantages of the MICROAGE Retainer Program include:
- Set aside capitol to be used for service (include it in your budget)
- Receive discounted service rates (The more time you book, the more you save!)
- Receive a faster response time
- Onsite Service performed at your location
The first month’s payment is due upon the signing of agreement. You are then invoiced monthly, 30 days in advance.
Services that can be rendered under the package typically include:
- Telephone & Remote support
- Onsite support
- Proactive Preventive maintenance
- Other repair issues
- Software updates
The MICROAGE Retainer Program offers you three levels of service designed to meet your needs.
Platinum Package
Minimal of 15 hours per month based on a one year contract
Highest Priority Service Response – Service requests are classified as Priority Red
Pricing – Depending on the number of hours. – Call for details
We will save you a minimal of $2700.00 annually. It only gets better from there
Gold Package
Minimal of 10 hours per month based on a one year contract
High Priority Service Response – Service requests are classified as Priority Orange
Pricing – 80.00 per hour (12.5% discount off the normal onsite rate)
Discounted rate applies if you need us for more than the contracted time.
Minimal Annual Savings to you if you have a 10 hour monthly retainer- $1200.00
Silver Package
Minimal of 5 hours per month based on a one year contract
Elevated Priority Service Response – Service requests are classified as Priority Yellow
Pricing – 85.00 per hour (6% discount off the normal onsite rate)
Discounted rate applies if you need us for more than the contracted time.
Minimal Annual Savings to you if you have a 5 hour monthly retainer- $300.00
